Reserving an Apartment
Should we have an apartment available for pre-lease, a $400 security deposit is required to hold the apartment in your name. The security deposit may be refunded within 72 hours, less a $200 administrative fee. However, if 72 hours have elapsed and you choose not to make Marsh Landing your home, the deposit will automatically be forfeited.
